I am looking for someone interested in swaping houses from the 26th of December to January the 2nd.

Description of my house :
- 35 m2, 2 bedroom (one large bed on an independant mezzanine + a room) / sleeps 4 people.
- dinning room table, eats 6 poeple.
- Cable TV, Wifi free internet access.
- Fridge, oven, washing machine.
- Independant bathroom with large shower + loo.
- and the last but not the least, a 30 m2 garden with BBQ ! (very rare in Paris)..

Situated in the famous charming "P�re Lachaise" area. Plenty of shops (food, boulangerie, boucher, tabac, etc) around. 10 minutes ride on the subway to get to Chatelet, center of the capitale.

I'm a very tidy person, and I will make sure you enjoy a nice stay in the French capitale for the best New Year's vacations !
